Exposed video of rigging, in the just concluded Local Government election, Lagos

A video showing some persons carrying out the act of rigging, in the just concluded Local Government election, Lagos, has been made available to the media, by an anonymous.

The video showed some individuals thumbprinting on several vote papers in a hurry, not aware that their fraudulent act was being recorded. 

In the video, it can be perceived the unfair action took place in a school environment, one of the centres the election took place on 24th Saturday, July, 2021.

The New Council Chairs were sworn in yesterday, 27th Tuesday, July, 2021, with the bid that they are the people's choice, going with the results of the just concluded exercise.

Aside the exercise being marred with late opening, late deployment of electoral materials, no strict compliance to the Covid-19 protocol and violence in some areas, it was also discovered that most people did not go out to vote.

After collations across councils, the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC), announced the final result of the exercise. It was deduced from the announced result, that the All Progressive Congress (APC), won most councils, part of which are: Oriade, Apapa, Ono, Amuwo-Odofin, Surulere, Oshodi, Ikeja, and many others.

Till the time this was taken down, it has not been discovered yet, the party that is responsible for such corrupt practise.
